Description
A crescent-form bowl in polychrome porcelain, painted with floral decoration and finished with gold highlights and a gilt trim following the curve of the rim. Austria, mid-twentieth century.
Faintly marked on the underside: Imperial Austria beneath a crown, with the numbers 12 and 431. Measures approximately 24 x 16 x 4.6 cm (9½ x 6¼ x 1¾ in).
